Check In 

Check in time is 2pm. This time allows for us to make certain your room is pristine before your arrival. Should you need earlier accommodation, we are happy to assist you upon availability. As our Front Desk is open 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out while you roam around town. An early check in charge may be applicable.

Check Out

Check out time is at 12pm. For your convenience, instant check out is available. Requests for a late check out should be directed to the front office on the morning for your departure and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.

Deposit

You will need to place a deposit upon check in. This amount is equivalent to the no of nights checked-in, this amount is held as a deposit for potential charges that you may bill to your room. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and cash. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions No cheques please!Reservations done through another websites or travel agentsFor any reservation changes done through another website or travel agent, you’ll need to contact the website / travel agent that you’ve booked through to make the amendments required. Dry cleaning/Laundry/Valet

Same day valet service is available Monday through Sunday. All items will be returned by 7pm.Express service is available from 10am to 1pm for an additional fee. Pressing and shoe cleaning services are also available.

Smoking & Non Smoking

Please note that only At Lounge Bar and the rooms at level 2 and 3 are open to smokers. Non-Smoking is not allowed in the lobby, Kembang Desa restaurant, all meeting rooms, public bathrooms, rooms and corridors of level 4 and 5. A smoking cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms at level 4 and 5.

Wireless High Speed Internet Access

Unlimited wireless High-Speed Internet access is available from your own Gadgets. This service is available from the Guest Room or any public areas within the hotel lobby, lounge and restaurant. Your Gadgets must be equipped with a wireless card.
